Bluor is an AI-powered email design platform. We provide tools to generate, customize, and export email designs. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our service.

## 3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bluor to generate spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

## 5. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed when you generate or modify emails. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.

## 6. Intellectual Property

You own the emails you generate with Bluor. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

Bluor is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

## 8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
